The panoramic room occupies the ground floor of the hosts’ villa and has its own entrance: you come and go without passing through the house. Two corner picture windows open the 21 m² room onto the terrace, the headland and the bay of Agia Pelagia — hence the name, and a view that stays with you all day, from the blue of the morning to the pinks of dusk.

The queen-size bed faces the windows. The bathroom has a shower with a glass screen and blue-green wall tiles.

The room has wifi, individually controlled air conditioning, heating, a minibar, a coffee machine and a kettle, a wardrobe, a desk, a shower, bathrobes and a hairdryer. The walls are soundproofed. The terrace has outdoor furniture. The wifi is the house’s own Starlink satellite connection: it supports video calls, which is still rare in this part of Crete.

Breakfast is included in the price of the room and served every morning in the shade of the olive trees, facing the sea — a Cretan and continental buffet, plus a few à la carte options. In the evening Giannis, host and chef of the house, serves a single Cretan set menu on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only, by reservation, around one long table or at tables for two on the terrace. There is no lunch service.

The room gives you the run of the rest of the house: the guests’ infinity pool and its bar, the sunken lounge and its fire pit, the hot tub below facing the sea, the yoga space, the fitness room open from 8 am to 8 pm and the Finnish sauna, open from October to May on request. Massages can be booked on site and take place under the olive trees.

The panoramic room sleeps two adults. The room is available from 3 pm, with check-out before 11 am. The small beach at Psaromoura is a five-minute drive away; the family beach at Agia Pelagia is ten minutes away.
