Pick your dates below: the calendar shows live availability for the eight rooms and suites, and your booking reaches Giannis and Olivier directly, with no agency in between. They are also the people who answer you before, during and after the stay.
Maison Meltem is for adults only. Pets are welcome on request: please contact us before booking. The house is not wheelchair-accessible.

Before you confirm your dates
Rooms are ready from 3 pm on the day you arrive, and check-out is before 11 am on the day you leave. You can arrive at any time of day or night. Giannis or Olivier will welcome you, or you can self-check in. Let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this with you. The house has eight rooms and suites; they are booked one at a time, on this same calendar.
A 50% deposit is charged when you book, and the balance 7 days before arrival. Cancellation is free until 7 days before arrival, with a full refund of all sums paid; after that, the full amount of the stay is due. The local tax and tourist tax are charged when you book.
Breakfast is included in the room rate, every morning, with no supplement and no box to tick. In the evening, Giannis — a chef with a spell at the Institut Paul Bocuse — serves a single Cretan set menu on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, by reservation. We don’t serve lunch; the pool bar remains open at midday.
Your stay also includes access to the infinity pool, the outdoor hot tub, the fitness room open from 8 am to 8 pm, the yoga space and the Starlink Wi-Fi, available in every room and throughout the grounds. The Finnish sauna is open from October to May, on request. Massages can be booked on site.
